Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges.

I just placed my order. When will it ship?

We strive to process and ship all orders within 48 hours of purchase, in the order they’re received. Please note that we do not process or ship orders on weekends or major holidays. For example, if you place an order after 4:00 PM on a Friday, it will begin processing the following business day (Monday).

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. The estimated delivery time provided by the shipping carrier begins once your order has been processed. For instance, if you choose Priority Mail (1–3 business days) and your package ships on Tuesday, it’s expected to arrive by Friday.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

Our awesome warehouse team works fast to process most orders quickly. Once your order is ready, it’s handed off to one of our trusted, cannabis-friendly carriers. Standard shipping typically takes 2–3 days.

Please note that processing, shipping, and local delivery times may vary due to weekends, holidays, or weather conditions.

Where do you ship to?

It depends on what type of product you are purchasing. While the 2018 farm bill makes all of our products federally legal, certain states have prohibited them, here is a breakdown:

How do I track my order?

After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email as proof that we’ve received it and are getting it ready.

Once your order ships, a second email will be sent with your tracking number so you can follow its delivery status.

How is High Heavens's flower processed?

High Heaven's flower is dried, trimmed, and packaged without any additional manufacturing procedures. We ensure you get a pure and natural product.

Where does High Heavens source flower?

High Heavens is proudly American-owned and operated, sourcing our hemp from trusted farms across California. Our partners are boutique growers with organic experience, committed to clean cultivation free from harmful chemicals.

Every strain is carefully inspected by our Quality Control team to ensure purity, potency, and consistency—because we only offer products we’d proudly use ourselves.

Will your products show up on a drug test?

Some of our products may cause you to test positive for THC. We recommend not using them if you are required to pass a drug test for marijuana.

There are, of course, nuances, including how long it's been and your body's metabolism.

How should I store your products?

To preserve freshness, store your cannabis in a cool, dark place away from excess humidity. Avoid overly dry environments as well—especially in hot, arid areas—by using a humidity pack to maintain ideal moisture levels for flower.

When it comes to containers, airtight storage is key to maintaining quality.

We recommend:

  • Zip-lock or heat-sealed mylar bags (like the ones we use for shipping)
  • BPA-free Tupperware with a tight-fitting lid
  • Glass jars with airtight lids, like mason jars

For vape products, always store them upright to help prevent clogging.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Please refer to our Refund Policy for details on returns and exchanges. In general, all sales are final and non-refundable unless there is an issue with your order, such as damage or missing items. If you encounter any issues, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order.
